01General Terms & Conditions

Lakybangla is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between Lakybangla and its users ("Members"). 02Account Registration

• Each individual may open one account only.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful.

KYC Verification

Lakybangla follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure platform security and prevent fraud. Before your first withdrawal — or at any time Lakybangla deems necessary — the following documents may be requested:

• A screenshot of your mobile banking account.

03Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on Lakybangla. These rules apply across all betting markets.

Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless Lakybangla itself offers a cancellation option. If a cash out option is available, it must be used within the specified time window.

Odds Changes

Bets are recorded at the odds displayed at the time of placement. However, if incorrect odds are shown due to a technical error, Lakybangla reserves the right to void the affected bet.

If a Match is Cancelled or Suspended

If a match is cancelled before the minimum scheduled duration, stakes for that match will be refunded. In cricket, if the result is determined by the DLS method, it will be treated as a valid result and bets will be settled accordingly.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit

Deposits on Lakybangla can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.

Withdrawal Process

The following conditions must be met before withdrawing your winnings:

• KYC verification must be completed.
• Withdrawals will be processed through the same payment method used for your deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Rollover requirements must be met before withdrawing from your bonus balance.

05Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit. A minimum 1x rollover requirement must be met before the bonus can be used for withdrawal. If the rollover is not completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus, it will be forfeited.

Bonus Abuse

If a member attempts to abuse the bonus system, Lakybangla reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings. Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

06Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Lakybangla. Engaging in any of them may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or someone else's information.
• Betting using match fixing or insider information.
• Betting using software bots or automation tools.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another member's account without their permission.

07Account Closure

Closure by Lakybangla

Lakybangla may temporarily or permanently suspend any account due to rule violations, suspected fraud, or security concerns. An email notice will be sent prior to suspension where possible.

Closure by Member

Any member may request to close their own account. Please contact support for self-exclusion or permanent closure. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn before closure, provided no terms have been violated.

08Privacy & Data Protection

Lakybangla is committed to keeping members' personal information confidential. We never sell your data to third parties. However, information may be shared when required by law or upon request from a regulatory authority.

09Limitation of Liability

Lakybangla is not directly liable for any financial losses incurred through use of the platform. Wins and losses from betting are entirely the member's own decision and risk.

Lakybangla is not liable for any bets missed due to technical errors or server downtime. However, members will be informed of any such issues and a resolution will be sought.

10Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact Lakybangla's support team first. We aim to provide an initial response within 48 hours.

If your issue remains unresolved through support, you may escalate your complaint to the licensing authority. Lakybangla is committed to cooperating with all legitimate complaints.
